Fermentation Skills for the Festive Season

Learn how to make your own fermented foods and drinks in preparation for the festive season. Taught by an experienced fermentation enthusiast, this workshop will cover the science behind fermentation, as well as practical tips and techniques for building fermented food and drink into your festive menu planning. You’ll have the opportunity to taste a variety of fermented foods and drinks, and take home your own fermentation starter kit. No prior experience necessary, all welcome!

There are two sessions available, Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December.
